A bimini has to solve two problems that pull against each other: it must throw enough shade to make the cockpit usable in August, and it must survive being driven into at twenty knots without folding. That balance comes down to frame geometry and tube specification, which is why an off-the-shelf top rarely fits properly or lasts.
We build frame and canvas together, matched to the boat's existing hardware and canvas colours. Existing biminis can be re-canvassed onto a sound frame where the tubing is still good, which is considerably cheaper than starting again.
