Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the services of Sau Mares Nautica, operated by NAUTICA PORRERAS, S.L. (NIF B26717660, Calle Sant Miquel 46, Escalera Derecha, 2º Izquierda, 07002 Palma (Illes Balears)). Contact: nautica@saumares.com, +34 660 13 98 26.

Every job is quoted in advance, in euros. The quote states whether prices include VAT and how long it is valid. It becomes binding when you accept it in writing or pay the deposit it asks for.

We accept card payments, processed by Stripe, and bank transfers. The payment schedule of each job, including deposits and the instalments of a winter storage contract, is the one stated on its quote or contract.

The cancellation and refund conditions of each job are those stated on its quote or storage contract. Refunds are made to the payment method used for the original payment.

Write to us at nautica@saumares.com with any complaint. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available at our premises. These terms are governed by Spanish law; consumers keep the rights granted by the law of their country of residence.
