When you request a quote, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email, phone, company if any, the details of your boat and your message. When you write to us or call us, we keep the details of that exchange.

To prepare and send your quote and answer your questions and, if you become a customer, to carry out the service, invoice it and meet our accounting and tax obligations. The legal bases are the steps taken at your request before a contract, the contract itself and our legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Service providers acting on our instructions: Vercel (website hosting), Cloudflare (spam protection on the form), Brevo (delivery of the form emails) and our Odoo management system, where quotes and customer records are kept. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards set by the GDPR.

Quote requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 1 year. Customer and invoicing data are kept for as long as the law requires, generally 6 years under Spanish commercial law.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or receive a copy of it, by writing to nautica@saumares.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps and the spam check on the form comes from Cloudflare; these services may set their own technical cookies when they load.
