A boat that shows well sells faster and higher, and most of what makes a vessel show well is the same work we do anyway: polished topsides, sound canvas, an engine with a documented service history, and a deck that does not need explaining.
Keeping the vessel at the yard during the listing period also means viewings happen somewhere dry, at short notice, without a marina berth running up costs on a boat that is no longer being used.
