Sau Mares Nautica provides indoor dry-stack winter storage for yachts, speedboats, and motorboats at its facility in Porreres, central Mallorca. Vessels up to 30 metres LOA are stored fully undercover, sheltered from winter storms, UV radiation, and salt corrosion. Storage is booked on a minimum six-month seasonal term.
An indoor berth changes what winter does to a boat. Outdoors, six months of Mediterranean weather means gel-coat chalking under UV, salt working into deck hardware and fastenings, canvas stiffening and fading, and standing water finding its way into places it should not be. Under a roof, none of that happens. The hull stays dry, the finish stays intact, and the boat that comes out in spring is the boat that went in.
We position each vessel with workshop access in mind, so that any refit work booked for the off-season can start without moving the boat twice. Space is allocated by dimension, which is why we ask for length overall when you enquire. We guarantee maximum security in the safekeeping of your boat, with 24/7 surveillance.
